Robert is one of the founders of CIPP Corp, and Vice President of PEC, Inc., a construction company which provides cured-in-place pipeline rehabilitation. Robert has been the majority owner of PEC Inc. since it was founded in 1993. He is also the Chairman/CEO of Robert Peccia and Associates, a civil engineering company. Robert sits on the Board of Trustees for Carroll College and is a director of Valley Bank of Helena.
Steve is the Chairman and Originator of CIPP Corporation, which was founded in 1996. He has over 35 years of experience in sewer maintenance and rehabilitation and has been awarded five U.S. patents for equipment and processes for the wastewater industry. In 2000, he was awarded the Water Environment Federation's "Quarter Century Award," acknowledging Stephen's vast expertise and significant contributions to the water environment profession.
Jack is the co-founder of CIPP Corporation. Prior to the inception of CIPP Corp., he spent over 20 years in the sewer and waterline construction industry, founding three other companies which became leaders in the trenchless construction industry.
Ken had an extensive background in the sewer, pipeline and heavy construction industry when he helped form American Infrastructure Technology in 2005. The company specializes in analysis, maintenance and rehabilitation of pipelines for municipal and industrial use. American Infrastructure Technology is a member of NASSCO.
Brad joined Nelson River Construction, Inc. as the Manager of the Underground Division in 2004. The company, which was founded in 1912, provides heavy civil construction services, and became a CIPP licensee in 2004. They are involved in the Members of Manitoba, the Heavy Construction Association and are CORE certified.
Brent is a project manager and estimator for Veit Construction. Founded in 1928, the company has a long history of providing specialty contracting and waste management services to general contractors and customers in private industry, municipalities and local governments. Because of their dedication to providing the best service along with the safest environment, OSHA awarded Veit Construction the "Star Site Award" in 2007.
Carlos is the Business Development Manager for Desler, SA, and has held that position since the company was formed in 1994. Prior to 1994, Gomez was a water division manager for 15 years. Desler SA is an environmental engineering firm that specializes in waste transportation, treatment and disposal. They became a CIPP licensee in 2007 and are a member of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development.
Chris is president of PEC Inc.which became a licensee when CIPP Corp. was incorporated. As President and Construction Operations Manager for PEC, Inc., Chris is responsible for engineering, planning, and managing field operations for the PEC's Trenchless Division.
Chuck is Vice President and Project Manager for Sancon Engineering, Inc. and has more than 14 years of relevant field and management experience. Sancon Engineering, Inc. was founded in 1980 by Nick DiBenedetto, and its primary business has been the protection and rehabilitation of sanitary sewer infrastructures. They added the CIPP process to their sewer rehabilitation capabilities in order to better meet the needs of their clients. Sancon Engineering is a member of the California Water Environment Association, the American Water Works Association and the National Association of Corrosion Engineers.
Gary is the Area Manager for Kokosing Construction and has been with the company for 31 years. Founded in 1952, Kokosing Construction provides heavy construction services, specifically constructing water treatment plants, locks, dams and bridges. The company became a CIPP installer prior to purchasing Environmental Pipeliner in 2000. Engineering News Record ranked the company one of the nation's top contractors in 2009.
Jim Clark is the founder and President of Mr. Rehab, Inc. which he formed in March of 2000. He is the principal in charge and ultimately responsible for all aspects of the company. Jim has over 33 years of experience in waste water collection system maintenance and trenchless rehabilitation. He began his career in 1978 with a large central Pennsylvania based engineering firm who had a waste water service division. There Jim started as a field technician and worked his way through the years, eventually heading up project and business management. His expertise includes pipeline and manhole rehabilitation, I/I investigation, and collection system maintenance. Mr. Rehab, Inc. is a member of NASSCO and WEF.
Mr. Kernion is a principle in Cycle Construction Co. and serves in the role of President and CEO. Cycle Construction is based in Kenner, LA and serves the Louisiana and Mississippi markets. Cycle offers construction services including underground utilities, trenchless rehabilitation, heavy/civil construction, demolition, and emergency response operations. Additionally, Cycle provides construction management and design build services. Cycle Construction is a very active member of numerous trade organizations including the Associated Builders and Contractors, Associated General Contractors, and Mississippi Valley Associated General Contractors, among others. Cycle prides itself on maintaining an excellent safety record and delivering quality craftsmanship. Cycle became a CIPP licensee in 2011.
Max is the President and CEO of Hoerr Construction, which was founded in 1994 and provides underground utility construction services. A third generation contractor, Max was looking to diversify the company's operations and offer cutting edge technology when they became CIPP installers in 2005. Hoerr Construction is a member of the National Utility Contractors Association, as well as the National American Society of Trenchless Technology.
Michael is the Export Manager for BKP-Berolina, a pipeline rehabilitation company based in Berlin, Germany, that created a system which combines trenchless technology with an innovative UV light cure technique. In 2008, CIPP Corp. partnered with BKP Berolina to become the exclusive representative and installer of Berolina Liners in the United States.
Sharon Waschkat is the CFO and CIPP project manager for Municipal Pipe Tool and has been with the company for 9 years. Founded in 1967, the company has a long history of providing maintenance contract services & supplying equipment to customers in private industry, municipalities and local governments. The original owner of Municipal Pipe Tool, and now consultant, Steve Gearhart, founded CIPP Corporation in 1997. Municipal Pipe Tool has been installing CIPP pipe liners since 1997.
Steven became the President of Tri-State Utilities Company in 2004 after spending 14 years as a foreman and project manager for the company. Founded in 1990, the company specializes in trenchless sewer rehabilitation. A license agreement between CIPP Corp. and Tri-State Utilities was facilitated in 2000, the same year in which the company was awarded the Hampton Roads Utility and Heavy Contractors Association's "Contractor of the Year."
Tracy is the President and founder of American Pipeliners, a company which specializes in pipeline rehabilitation and directional drilling. With over 40 years of experience in water main and sewer construction, Kennedy's company became a CIPP Corp. Licensee in 2003.
